Shipping

All digital orders are fulfilled immediately upon payment.

All orders with physical items to be fulfilled will be shipped out within 30 days, with a target ship date of within three (3) business days. Preorders and other anticipated shipping delays will be clearly marked in the listing if applicable.

If you live outside the USA and the price of international shipping for books would be a financial burden for you, please contact me to ask if shipping can be waived. I am amenable to shipping books for free when I am able to, especially to equalize purchasing power parity across borders.

Returns

All sales are final.

Returns and exchanges may only be requested if an item is defective in a way that affects function. Any return or exchange must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.

Please contact me if you have any issues accessing or downloading purchased files. I run my store and website by myself; automatic updates sometimes cause errors that I may miss.
